International Research Associates is a Clinical
Trials company dedicated to the conduct of
pharmaceutical funded clinical trials of phases 2
through 4 ensuring timely recruitment, appropriate
patient inclusion, respect for the patients
decisions-privacy, putting the patient safety on the
forefront of our business as well as compliance with
GCP-ICH guidelines and state laws. In other words,

are currently located at 7400 North Kendall Drive
Suite 404 Miami, Florida 33156. We count with
specialists in different areas such as Internal
Medicine, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry,
Allergy/Immunology, Pain Management, Infectious
Disease, Pulmonology and Sleep Disorders, Oncology
and Cardiology.
Principal Investigator
Doctor Cristian Breton is an Internal Medicine
specialist, highly known in the medical community
who has five years of experience in pharmaceutical
sponsored clinical trials. During these five years
Dr. Breton has participated in over 40 trials either
as PI or Sub-I in different indications which
include Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus type II
insulin and non-insulin dependent, COPD, Asthma,
Chronic Pain of Non Malignant origin, Oral Mucositis,
Anemia in Cancer patients not currently on
Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy, Osteoarthritis, Benign
Prostatic Hypertrophy, Hypercholesterolemia and
others. He has a computerized database with over
3000 patients. Doctor Breton also helps us in the
oversight of all medical and trial decisions serving
as a medical monitor for all of our studies.

Research Coordinators
Juan
Jose Calderon is a Medical Doctor licensed in
Colombia with ten years of clinical practice as a
physician there. Since November of 1999 he moved to
Florida and has been dedicated to Clinical Research
as a Coordinator. He has participated in over 50
trials during this time in different indications
including Alzheimer’s Disease, Depression,
Multi-infarct Dementia, Peripheral Neuropathy
(diabetic and post-herpetic), Diabetes Mellitus
(insulin and non insulin dependent),
Hypercholesterolemia, Osteoarthritis, Chronic non
malignant pain, Oral Mucositis secondary to
radiation therapy, Anemia in Cancer patients,

Gustavo Canelon, who is also a Medical Doctor and
Surgeon in Venezuela has been involved in clinical
research since 2003 and has participated in over 30
