Founded in 2005, International Research Associates (INTRA) is a Clinical Trials company dedicated to the conduct of pharmaceutical funded clinical trials of phases 1 through 4. With offices in Miami, Homestead and Hialeah, FL we have succesfully conducted more than 70 clinical trials with the highest standards of patient care and data integrity.
Our main office is located at 8200 SW 117th avenue suite 210, Miami FL 33183. We count with specialists in different areas such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry, Allergy/Immunology, Pain Management, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology and Sleep Disorders, Oncology and Cardiology.

Doctor Cristian Breton, MD is an Board Certified Internal Medicine specialist, highly known in the medical community, he has been involved in pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials since 2003. During these years Dr. Breton has participated in over 90 trials either as PI or Sub-I in different indications which include Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus type II insulin and non-insulin dependent, Diabetes Mellitus type 1, COPD, Asthma, Chronic Pain of Non Malignant origin, Oral Mucositis, Anemia in Cancer patients not currently on Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy, Osteoarthritis, Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, Hypercholesterolemia, Hypertriglyceridemia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diabetic Neuropathy, Diabetic Gastroparesis, Genital Herpes, Vaginal Infection, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD and others. He has a computerized database with over 7000 patients and a growing network of collaborating physicians in different specialties. Doctor Breton also helps us in the oversight of all medical and trial decisions serving as our Chief Medical Officer.
Dr Sohail Delfani, MDis a Board Certified Internal Medicine specialist, he has been involved in research since 2006. He has been Principal Investigator as well as Sub-Investigator in many trials mainly in the areas of GI and Respiratory.
Dr Miguel Flores, MD is a specialist is Phychiatry. Started to participate in research as a PI and Sub-I in 2004, since then he has conducted more than 30 studies in different indications including, Schizophrenia, MDD, GAD, Alzheimer's disease, Bipolar, Vascular Dementia, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, etc.
Dr Luis Quintero, MD is Board Certified both in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine. Has been involved in research since 2006 participating in over 80 clinical trials both as a PI and Sub-I in the metabolic and endocrine areas.
Dr Randy Fink, MD is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is participating in research since 2007 as a PI in several trial in the area of Women Health and Gynecology.

Josie Linares, is a Clinical Research Coordinator who has worked in the research industry since 2009. Josie currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in health science from Florida International University . She functions as a recruitment specialist and a clinical research coordinator which gives her the advantage of providing direct and correct insight for the marketing aspect of clinical research and obtaining the right candidates. She has been successfully involved in many clinical trials involving Diabetes Mellitus, Coronary Arterial Disease, Hypertriglyceridemia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Constipation, Gastroparesis, and osteoarthritis.
